When you select a softcover or hardcover physical book, your order is sent to our print partner (Gelato) for local manufacturing and delivery. Please read the following terms carefully before approving your book for printing.

Irrevocability of Print Approval

By clicking "Send to Print" and confirming your approval, you acknowledge that your print order is final and irrevocable. Once submitted to our print partner, the manufacturing process begins immediately and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed. No refunds or reprints will be issued based on content choices, character appearance, text, style, or any aspect of the book that was visible in the PDF at the time of approval.

Your Responsibility to Review

Before approving, you are required to review the full PDF of your book. My Nest Books provides tools to download and inspect the complete PDF prior to submission. By proceeding with print approval, you confirm that you have reviewed the content and are satisfied with the result. We strongly recommend reviewing every page, including character likenesses, text, and layout, before approving.

Manufacturing Defects

If your physical book arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect (e.g., misprinted pages, binding issues, physical damage in transit), please contact us at support@mynestbooks.comwithin 14 days of delivery. Manufacturing defects are handled separately from content decisions and may be eligible for a reprint at our discretion and subject to our print partner's policies.

Digital PDF

Your digital PDF download is included with every physical order and remains available in your Studio dashboard regardless of the physical print status. The digital PDF is not affected by the irrevocability of the print approval.

Free Regeneration Before Approval

Prior to approving for print, you may request one free regeneration of your book if you are not satisfied with the result. This option is available only before print approval is submitted and only once per order. Once you have approved your book for printing, this option is no longer available.
